At VAIBHAV KANSAL, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return for both defective and non-defective products, free of charge, in accordance with the following policy.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective items.
• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
• Some products such as perishables, intimate, or custom-made items may only be eligible for return if defective or damaged.

• Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item if damaged.
• Our team will guide you through the return process.

Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Returns are processed free of charge, including shipping costs.
• In case of exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped once the original item is received and verified.

Exceptions

Some products, including perishables, intimate items, and custom-made products, are only eligible for returns if defective or damaged.
